Dear Students & Friends,

Over the next two weekends, we have some exciting seminars in store for you. Saturday, February 2, from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm we will be hosting a Kali/ Escrima Stick Seminar. This seminar is limited to students who have some working knowlege of escrima.

February 8 & 9 will be a weekend of FAST Defense. The Fear Adrenaline Stress Training Defense class will take place Friday night 6:00-9:00 p.m. and Saturday afternoon 2:30-6:30 p.m. Friday night will be the FAST Basics and Saturday afternoon will be FAST ground and weapons defense.

Our FAST Defense class has been proven to be the best self-defense training available. I went through this class after 20 years of martial arts training and I still believe that this is the best short-term self-defense training available and could save your life.

Registration for all classes may be completed at Impact Martial Arts of Fayetteville during regular hours or email Master Edwards. Each class has a Minimum Participation of 10 students in order to hold each seminar. If that number is not reached a full refund will be issued to the registrants.
