Dear UTA members

Our region is holding the first UTA tournament of the year. Why is this an important tournament? Because we are needing, as always, to show that we are together. That no matter what, we come together to better Taekwondo, to better our students, to better ourselves. Support Russellville with pride, support this regional event with the upmost of enthusiasm. Choon-Be at 9:30!

Our black belt meeting will begin at 9:30 am for the UTA's first regional tournament of the year. I am looking forward to seeing all of you all there.

The tournament location has been changed in order to accommodate us. The regional gym was not going to allow us to use the concession stand, plus the new location has a larger gym. The new location will be the Russellville Junior High Gym, the exact address will be emailed out as soon as Mr. Hubbard gets the information to me.

Remind your students about the National Rating System for our black belts, and the opportunity to be the first UTA National Champion. Demo teams, be ready!

Our front door check in will be so much faster if all of us would have our students have their tournament registration card filled out before they get there. If you need a tournament card emailed to you, please let me know...

There is no preregistration for our regional events, all fees are paid at the door!

Mr. Hubbard is holding an evening of Full Contact after the tournament. The night will feature many of our UTA fighters who are looking forward to testing their skills out in the ring. If any of you need any further information, please call me at 479-251-8783 (do-jang) 479-530-5989 (cell).

We just now have the benefit of having our UTA web site up and running. If you have not been on the site and registered as a school owner, please contact Sr. Master Burleson to walk you through the sign up process and how to get your students registered.
