IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO BE IN SHAPE IN ORDER TO BEGIN OUR CLASSES. Most new adults begin our program after years of inactivity, then fall in love with our strength and conditioning. The workouts will give you a high level of energy, and will motivate you to eat the right foods, fueling your body.
Our teen & adult program offers a blend of self-defense, fitness, education and exercise, that benefits both the body and mind. We add "years to your life and life to your years".
To strengthen your body, you will begin with isometric and dynamic exercises. Flexibility will be enhanced through a gradual building process of safe and easy stretching exercises. We use breathing and concentration exercises, which will sharpen your senses and reflexes, while allowing you to relax from the stresses of daily life.
We offer two mid-day workouts per week, and two evening classes per week. You may attend UNLIMITED classes every week. Most of our students attend two to three times per week. Adult members, who have children in our program, may also workout in the family class on Saturdays.
