Our mission is to provide participants with empowering tools to face verbal conflict or physical attacks with confidence and composure.

Our SMART Defense class provides conditioning to control, and even use, the fear and adrenaline rush that inevitably occurs in any intense situation.

* Recognize the warning signs of predatory behavior and avoid threatening situations before they become dangerous

* Avoid attackers by not resembling a target

* Use the power of your voice and body language - Most confrontations and assaults can be stopped by a strong voice, good eye contact and a strong stance

* Employ the power of fear

* If necessary, utilize effective full force techniques to the attacker's vulnerable areas


Pre-registration required - Space is limited to 20 attendees per class

Teen/Adult Public Class: $45/participant
Kids Public Class: $20/participant
